As many of you know, I’ve been looking around for a new house.\u00a0 I started my search almost 1 year ago.\u00a0 I looked into several neighborhoods, but I discovered that I really liked the “Mountain” Street area of Clairemont.<\/p>\n
Well, I finally found the house I wanted.\u00a0 It’s located on Mount La Palma<\/a> Drive.\u00a0 It has a nice layout, a great back yard, and has been maintained well.\u00a0 After looking at a dozen houses or so, I realized that this house was the one.\u00a0 Thanks to my awesome agent<\/a>, I was able to get into the house before many others could, so my bid was one of the first that was received by the sellers!<\/p>\n I don’t get to move in until early July (there are tenants still living there), but the title to the house has changed into my name yesterday (June 19)\u00a0 Hopefully this provides me with a good place to live for many years!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" As many of you know, I’ve been looking around for a new house.\u00a0 I started my search almost 1 year ago.\u00a0 I looked into several neighborhoods, but I discovered that I really liked the “Mountain” Street area of Clairemont.
